Our High-Speed Pear Snatch Blocks are not only super lightweight but also super tough, so they can handle high-speed operations all day long without breaking a sweat. The cheeks of our pear snatch blocks are meticulously crafted from solid blocks of 6061 T6 aluminum. Then the machined cheeks are inspected, vibratory finished, and Type II anodized , so you know they're built to last.

To make sure things run smoothly, we've cleverly embedded the pulley right into the cheeks. This smart design reduces the chances of fouling to guarantee smooth and uninterrupted performance.

The 3/16 x 4 1/4" blocks were initially made for a Cablecam system. The 1/4 in. x 5.625 in. High Speed Pear Snatch Block, has a slightly bigger groove size to effortlessly accommodate a synthetic cable splice. We also turn our own axles for the 1/4 inch blocks to ensure precise tolerance.

These snatch blocks need a shackle to keep them closed.

The Sweeney D shaped stainless steel shackle is the perfect choice for the 1/8 and 1/4" sized blocks (SH-CP-SNATCH-D), while the Forged Steel shackle works great for the 1/2 inch pear block (SH-250X5625DS-LQR-S). You can also go for the Bow shaped shackles for the 3/16 and 1/4 sized blocks (SH-CP-SNATCH-BOW).
